Tom is a seasoned technology veteran, with over 35 years of experience in senior leadership roles and eight technology startups. Mr. Beckerman is currently focused on the strategic development of new high growth technology platforms and services for digital identity, payments and digital transformation.
Prior to founding Prodigy Ventures, Mr. Beckerman played instrumental roles in the development and success of seven other technology, marketing services, financial information and medical device companies. He has created unique technologies and worked with Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Beckerman holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a patent in secure communications technology. Tom is also an Ironman triathlete with a strong interest in health and fitness technologies.
Andrew Hilton has provided CFO and corporate secretarial services for a number of public and private companies since 2005 including his role as Chief Financial Officer of Fountain Asset Corp. (TSXV: FA) from 2010 – 2012. Mr. Hilton is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an Honours BA in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Natalie Mohammed is an accomplished Senior Vice President of Human Resources with many years of experience driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering positive work cultures, and delivering impactful results. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional and an internationally recognized HR professional. She partners closely with executives and cross-functional leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. With a track record of designing innovative HR programs, ensuring compliance, and promoting diversity and inclusion, Natalie possesses exceptional communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a passion for empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Her leadership played a pivotal role in the successful acquisition of two companies in 2020 and 2021 during her tenure at Prodigy Labs. Most recently, in 2023, she expertly managed the HR components of UST's acquisition of Prodigy Labs. Natalie has been widely recognized for her outstanding contributions, including winning HR awards in 2017 and 2018, being a Finalist for The ADP Canada Award for HR Rising Star of the Year in 2019, and being nominated for the Globe and Mail's Report on Business Best Executive Award in 2021.
Bruce Haryott is an experienced IT professional and the President of Prodigy Labs. Bruce provides expert leadership in IT strategy, innovation, and digital transformation. He has a proven track record in business development, managing software engineering, and delivering enterprise-level SaaS software, cloud, mobile, and digital solutions for Fortune 100 clients. He has designed and implemented enterprise-level Centers of Excellence for technology implementations and led global development and delivery teams with annual budgets of $50M+. Before joining Prodigy Labs, Bruce worked at Cossette, Klick Health, and IBM Global Business Services as a Global IT Executive. Bruce holds certifications in PMP, CSM, CBAP, and ITIL.
